  1. Refer a friend

    A resident that is currently signed for Fall 2020 can refer a friend to live at Erie Terminal or the Flats at Wick from now until June 22nd. *New roommates included.

  2. Receive $250 rent credit

    For each individual that is referred, a $250 rent credit or cash will be given to the resident who referred them.

  3. Be entered in a drawing for a FREE month’s rent

    Each resident who refers someone to live at Erie Terminal or the Flats at Wick will automatically be entered into a drawing for a free month’s rent.

1 referral = $250 rent credit and 1 drawing entry

2 referrals = $500 rent credit and 2 drawing entry

3 referrals = $750 rent credit and 3 drawing entries

and so on….

Winner will be announced live on Instagram and Facebook June 22nd.
