  1. Sign a lease at Erie Terminal or the Flats at Wick

    Sign a lease from now until Monday, June 22nd.

  2. Receive $500 rent credit

    Each student who signs a lease from now until Monday, June 22nd for Fall 2020 will receive a $500 rent credit or cash.

  3. Be entered in a drawing for a FREE month’s rent

    Once signed, you will automatically be entered into a drawing for a free month’s rent.

Winner will be announced live on Instagram and Facebook June 22nd.
